How Much Does It Cost?

 

A: This depends on the type of case and how much time is involved. All Chapter 7 cases pay a court filing fee of $299.00. All Chapter 13 cases pay a court filing fee of $274.00. In most cases, I do not charge an initial consultation fee. At that time the total amount of the fees can usually be determined. In most Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases the initial filing fee is all you need to get the process started.
